- Dark chocolate125 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Refined sugar45 g
- Milk375 ml
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Cognac (optional)50 ml
- Place a pan with the water on the stove, keeping it on low heat until the end of the preparation.
- Add the chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
- Add the sugar, and mix until smooth.
- Add the milk, and mix.
- Add the cream, and mix.
- If desired, add the cognac and mix.
- Let it boil until it thickens, and it's to your liking, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and serve while still warm!
