- Cups of milharina corn flakes3 cup
- Sugar3 cup
- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Grated Coconut1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- grated cheese1/2 cup
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Margarine for greasing1 mg
- Wheat flour for dusting1 mg
- Place the eggs and sugar in the blender and beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat for another 3 minutes. Place in a medium rectangular shape (20cmx32cm) well greased and sprinkled. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 40 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the dough and removed clean. If you prefer, Quaker oatmeal can be substituted for the same amount of regular wheat flour.
