- Milk500 ml
- Cocoa2.5 tablespoon
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Strawberry2 unit(s)
- Corn starch2.5 tablespoon
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk before starting.
- In a pan, combine the milk with the dissolved cornstarch, cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and cream.
- Turn on the heat (medium) and mix the contents of the pan with a spoon until the cocoa and other ingredients dissolve.
- Stir slowly until the mixture thickens. When it thickens or reaches the point of preference, turn off the fire.
- To serve, take a cup, moisten the rim with water; pass the edge on the cocoa so that it sticks to it; take a strawberry and cut it in half (from the spout towards the pendulum); put it in the cup and finish completing with the hot chocolate.
