  • Cocoa2.5 tablespoon
  • Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  • Strawberry2 unit(s)
  • Corn starch2.5 tablespoon
  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk before starting.
  2. In a pan, combine the milk with the dissolved cornstarch, cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and cream.
  3. Turn on the heat (medium) and mix the contents of the pan with a spoon until the cocoa and other ingredients dissolve.
  4. Stir slowly until the mixture thickens. When it thickens or reaches the point of preference, turn off the fire.
  5. To serve, take a cup, moisten the rim with water; pass the edge on the cocoa so that it sticks to it; take a strawberry and cut it in half (from the spout towards the pendulum); put it in the cup and finish completing with the hot chocolate.
