- Maizena (Corn Starch)1 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder4 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Cinnamon stick (Optional)1 unit(s)
- In a pan put the milk, cornstarch, sugar and chocolate powder. Mix well before taking to the fire.
- Bring the mixture to a medium heat and add the cinnamon stick (Optional), stir until it boils.
- Turn off the heat and remove the cinnamon. Then add the cream, stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Serve it hot.
