  • Whole milk1 l
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate150 g
  • Milk powder50 g
  • Cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream1 cup
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little bit of the milk.
  2. Then, in a pan, heat the rest of the milk, the powdered milk and the cinnamon.
  3. Before bringing the mixture to a boil, add the chocolate and dissolved cornstarch and mix until the chocolate has melted and the cream has thickened.
  4. In a mixer (or even by hand, if you prefer), beat the cream and sugar until you form a whipped cream.
  5. Okay, that's what you need to do! Now, just pour the liquid into four cups, put the whipped cream on top and garnish with cinnamon stick, if you like.
