- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate150 g
- Milk powder50 g
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Fresh cream1 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little bit of the milk.
- Then, in a pan, heat the rest of the milk, the powdered milk and the cinnamon.
- Before bringing the mixture to a boil, add the chocolate and dissolved cornstarch and mix until the chocolate has melted and the cream has thickened.
- In a mixer (or even by hand, if you prefer), beat the cream and sugar until you form a whipped cream.
- Okay, that's what you need to do! Now, just pour the liquid into four cups, put the whipped cream on top and garnish with cinnamon stick, if you like.
