- Recipe
- Chocolate powder or chocolate4 tablespoon
- Milk450 ml
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Put half of the milk in a pan not yet on the fire;
- Add the corn starch and mix until dissolved;
- After it has dissolved in the milk, add the rest of the milk;
- Add the chocolate powder/chocolate spoons;
- Turn on low heat and mix;
- When it starts to thicken or bubble, add the cream to the pan;
- When you see that it has a creamy consistency, turn off the heat and serve in a mug.
- If you want two mugs, or three of hot chocolate, double the recipe
- Enjoy your hot chocolate in this chill!
