- Corn for hominy400 g
- Roasted peanuts without shells200 g
- Whole milk1 l
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cloves and Cinnamon to taste
- I let the corn soak in water overnight. Drain, put it in the pan along with the salt, cloves and cinnamon, put enough water to cover and cook for 20 minutes under pressure.
- After the corn was cooked, I added sugar and milk and left it on the fire for another 15 minutes (without pressure) or until it was very creamy. I crushed the peanuts in the food processor and mixed with the hominy. It's delicious and you don't need cream or condensed milk 😉
