- Recipe
- Coarse hominy250 g
- Milk1500 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Condensed milk395 g
- Paçoquinha4 unit(s)
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Cinnamon Peel to taste
- Leave the hominy to soak overnight.
- Drain the water from the hominy and put it to cook in the pressure cooker until it gets very soft.
- Let the water dry.
- Add the milk, sugar, condensed milk, stirring constantly.
- Add the salt, the peeled cinnamon and the crumbled paçoquinha, keep stirring.
- Let it boil until it thickens.
- Pour into a pyrex and sprinkle crumbled paçoquinha.
