- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Water700 ml
- Dissolve the 3 jellies of the flavor you prefer with 350 ml of hot water and 350 ml of cold water (this amount is for making the 3 packages together, use less water than conventional) to dissolve them.
- In the blender put 1 can of condensed milk, the milk cream and the prepared flavor gelatin. Beat in Pulse mode just 1 time and set aside.
- Dissolve half a pack of the colorless gelatin according to the manufacturer's packaging and add it to the mixture in a blender. Stir gently with a spoon.
- In a round shape with a hole in the middle, pour the entire contents of the blender and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, unmold and decorate as you wish.
