  1. Dissolve two gelatines in 200 ml of hot water. After mixing two milk creams. Put it in a shape and take it to freeze for an hour.
  2. Let's make the second layer, in a pan put the frozen strawberries, half a cup of sugar and 100 ml of water.
  3. After melting and turning into a syrup, turn off the heat, add 3 gelatins. And then add 600 ml of hot water and stir until lukewarm.
  4. When the first layer is firm, pour this syrup carefully. Place in the freezer for an hour. But be careful: it's always good to be careful, because it's just to firm and not freeze. After that, just unmold.
