- Milk600 ml
- Water500 ml
- Coconut milk500 ml
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- In a pan you will add the milk and water and will take it to the fire to warm up, you don't need to boil ok
- Once hot, add the coconut milk and condensed milk and mix well.
- In a bowl you place the granulated tapioca and gradually add the liquid and mix well until it has a good consistency and no pellets.
- Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
- After the 30 minutes of rest, add the cream, put it in the refractory, finish with grated coconut on top and take it to the fridge until it gets very cold.
- Then just taste this delight with plenty of condensed milk
