  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Supplyable Guava1 to taste
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Put the liquids (eggs, milk, oil) in the blender and beat non-stop. Gradually add the cornmeal, flour, sugar and finally the yeast. Whisk until everything is mixed.
  3. Grease the mold with oil and cornmeal. Add the mixture and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 to 35 min. depending on your oven.
  4. Take the guava to the fire to heat for 15 minutes and set aside.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven letting it cool, remove from the mold, place the guava on top.
