- Wheat flour01 tablespoon
- Cornmeal01 cup
- Margarine01 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Chemical Baking Powder01 teaspoon
- Grated Coconut to sprinkle on top of the cake to taste
- Guava1/2 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the YEAST, until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mass.
- Add the yeast and stir with the help of a spoon.
- Pour the dough into a greased shape only with oil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Syrup: Chop the guava and place it in a pan with a little water and stir until dissolved, and that's it. Just add it to the cake when it is unmolded and sprinkle the coconut on top. Enjoy your food!
