- Corn flakes2 cup
- Canned corn without water1 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Lactose free milk2 cup
- Coconut milk1 cup
- Cake yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- How to make : First let's hydrate the cornflake, put it in a bowl and add the milk, let it soak for 10 minutes. Add the liquid ingredients to the blender first, after adding the sugar let it beat for a few minutes. After adding the Flocão that was hydrating and beat a little more just to mix. Now add the yeast and mix with a spatula (be careful not to mix with the yeast). Put it in a shape of your greased preference. (If you want it taller use a smaller shape). Preheat the oven to 180°, to bake it takes about 40 minutes.
