Leve todos os ingredientes para a batedeira, misture e em seguida coloque a água fervendo, misture bem.
Bata por 15 minutos em velocidade alta, até que se torne uma mistura cremosa como chantilly.
Separe em potes e leve ao freezer, deixe por duas horas e após consuma com leite quente.

Essa mistura rende bastante, a quantidade que você consome com leite, fica ao seu critério.
Quanto mais café cremoso, mais forte fica o leite.
