Instant Coffee Pack

Coloque o café, o açúcar e a canela na batedeira e misture bem 

Put the coffee, sugar and cinnamon in the mixer and mix well.

Coloque a água fervente e bata até dobrar o volume ficando um creme liso 

Add the boiling water and beat until it doubles in volume, getting a smooth cream.

Pós isso guarde em um pote com tampa no freezer (pode ser guardado por até 2 meses) 

After that store in a jar with a lid in the freezer (can be stored for up to 2 months)

Quando for usar é só colocar 2 colheres de sopa dessa mistura em uma xícara com leite quente e estará pronto! 

When you're going to use it, just put 2 tablespoons of this mixture in a cup of hot milk and it's ready!
