- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Boiling water1 cup
- Put the coffee, sugar and cinnamon in the mixer and mix well.
- Add the boiling water and beat until it doubles in volume, getting a smooth cream.
- After that store in a jar with a lid in the freezer (can be stored for up to 2 months)
- When you're going to use it, just put 2 tablespoons of this mixture in a cup of hot milk and it's ready!
