  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Whole milk300 ml
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water150 ml
  1. I put the sugar in the pan and took it to the low fire until it melted completely, added the water and stirred well until it looked like honey.
  2. I poured the syrup into the mold and set it aside. I blended all the ingredients for the pudding in a blender, lastly I added half the grated coconut and poured this mixture into the mold, took it to the oven in a bain-marie for 50 minutes.
  3. Removed from the oven and refrigerated for 2 hours, unmolded and decorated with grated coconut.
