- Coconut milk400 ml
- Milk1 l
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Corn starch1 cup
- In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch with 1 cup of milk. Reserve.
- In a pan, mix the coconut milk, condensed milk and the rest of the milk. Mix well with a fouet. Bring to medium heat.
- When it starts to boil, add the dissolved starch and continue stirring.
- It will thicken quickly, 2 minutes of cooking and stirring well is enough.
- Turn off the fire and transfer to a greased shape with oil. Cover with cling film touching the cream to prevent a film from forming. Let cool and refrigerate until serving time - minus 3 hours in the fridge.
- Tip: Serve with plum or apricot syrup!
