- Corn for hominy250 g
- Milk1 l
- Shredded Coconut500 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Soak the hominy corn for about 20 minutes, then cook it in water and sugar.
- Once cooked, drain the cooking water.
- Add the milk, condensed milk, coconut, cream, coconut milk and salt.
- Boil until thickened and serve hot.
