  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • grated coconut150 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Blend all ingredients in a stand mixer for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange in individual refractories and take to Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°, to create a crispy crust, then 15 minutes at 160° to cook inside and get very creamy.
  3. Serve with a scoop of ice cream
