Instant coffee50 g
Sugar (if you like it sweeter, add 2 cups)1 cup
Boiling water1 cup
Cinnamon to taste
50% Cocoa (optional) to taste

Mix everything and beat in the mixer on maximum speed for about 15 minutes. It doubles in volume.
Store immediately in jars in the freezer.
When taking a strip and use the desired amount and then immediately return to the freezer ☕
