- unsalted butter100 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate180 g
- Sugar135 g
- Brown sugar90 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder20 g
- Wheat flour105 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in the microwave, putting it every 30 seconds and always stirring so it doesn't burn. Add the sugars to this melted chocolate-butter mixture, stir well. Then add the eggs one at a time, stirring gently from bottom to top. Add the sifted cocoa and flour. Stir from bottom to top and add the vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.
- Place in aluminum marmitinhas and take it to the oven for about 25 minutes or until crackling on top. Remove from the oven and serve cold or hot, with cream ice cream!!!
