  • 4 bananas for the dough300 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • 1/2 cup sugar65 g
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar7 g
  • 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar for the caramel320 g
  • 1 cup of hot water200 ml
  • Bananas for the topping to taste
  1. In a pan put the crystal sugar, take it to the fire and stir until it melts and caramelizes.
  2. Add the hot water to the caramel, and stir until the sugar clumps are dissolved. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  3. In the blender place the 4 bananas, the egg, the milk, the sugar, the butter or margarine, the vanilla sugar, the pinch of salt and beat well for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the wheat while beating.
  5. Grease a rectangular shape with plenty of margarine, spread the caramel syrup, place banana slices and pour the dough evenly over the bananas.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Unmold warm and serve.
