- 4 bananas for the dough300 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- 1/2 cup sugar65 g
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar7 g
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
- 2 cups of granulated sugar for the caramel320 g
- 1 cup of hot water200 ml
- Bananas for the topping to taste
- In a pan put the crystal sugar, take it to the fire and stir until it melts and caramelizes.
- Add the hot water to the caramel, and stir until the sugar clumps are dissolved. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In the blender place the 4 bananas, the egg, the milk, the sugar, the butter or margarine, the vanilla sugar, the pinch of salt and beat well for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the wheat while beating.
- Grease a rectangular shape with plenty of margarine, spread the caramel syrup, place banana slices and pour the dough evenly over the bananas.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Unmold warm and serve.
