  • Sugar500 g
  • Lemon1 tablespoon
  • CREAM MUSSE0 l
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn starch5 tablespoon
  • Milk500 g
  • Vanilla1 teaspoon
  1. BLACKBERRY SYRUP Put the blackberries in a pan, lemon and add the sugar and, stirring from time to time!! Let it boil on low heat for about 10 minutes or until you get a syrup!!
  2. MOUSSE In a pan, mix all the ingredients over medium heat, mix well until you form a very firm cream!! In a silicone mold pour all the cream and take it to the fridge for 4 hours!!
