- Cream cheese (room temperature)480 g
- Unsalted butter (room temperature)1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Sifted icing sugar2 cup
- Beat the butter and cream cheese for a few seconds on medium speed, until creamy.
- Add the vanilla and beat for 30 seconds.
- Add the sugar, a little at a time, and beat until smooth, approximately 1 minute after the last addition.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
