- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Cornmeal11/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella to taste
- Mix everything in a blender, except the mozzarella and the yeast. If you want to grate the mozzarella, then you just throw it in the dough with the yeast and stir. Put it in a greased shape and take it to bake. Mine took more than an hour, it depends from oven to oven.
