- Cornmeal1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Fennel to taste
- Put the eggs and all liquid ingredients in the blender, add the rest of the ingredients, except the yeast and beat well.
- Add the yeast and beat a little to mix.
- Place in a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated 200° oven for approximately 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test, it comes out clean and it's ready.
