- Milk3 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients except the baking powder in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the baking powder.
- Place in a greased form with margarine and cornmeal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
- When the cake is golden, it's ready.
