  • Milk4 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup
  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, butter, parmesan (preferably fresh) and milk.
  2. Add the cornmeal and wheat flour. Beat again.
  3. Add the yeast and beat lightly.
  4. Pour the dough into a rectangular shape greased with butter and floured with wheat flour.
  5. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
  6. Remove from the oven and wait to cool before cutting and serving.
