- Butter2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan1 cup
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, butter, parmesan (preferably fresh) and milk.
- Add the cornmeal and wheat flour. Beat again.
- Add the yeast and beat lightly.
- Pour the dough into a rectangular shape greased with butter and floured with wheat flour.
- Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
- Remove from the oven and wait to cool before cutting and serving.
