  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Guava, diced1 cup
  • Melted guava to decorate to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar (I beat it by hand but you can use a blender).
  2. Place the mixture in a container and mix with the wheat flour, cornmeal, yeast. Until a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. In a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and cornmeal, place the cake batter. Dip the guava cubes in the flour and place them on top of the dough.
  4. Bake at 200C for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Wait to cool down to unform.
  6. Cover with the creamy guava paste.
