- Coconut Milk1 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Separate the yolks from the whites and reserve the whites. In a mixer, beat the yolks with the butter and condensed milk until you form a cream. Add the milk, coconut milk and cornmeal and lastly the yeast. Beat the egg whites and mix with the cream. Put it in a form of pudding, greased and infarcted. Bake in medium preheated oven until golden.
