  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Milk200 ml
  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Wheat Slice2 cup
  • Butter30 g
  • Sugar2 cup
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Guava200 g
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, coconut milk, butter and sugar in a blender.
  2. Place this mixture in a bowl and add the grated coconut and sift the cornmeal and wheat flour.
  3. Incorporate until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  4. Finally, add the baking powder.
  5. Put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with cornmeal or wheat flour. And put the guava spread over the dough.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for approximately 40 min (do the toothpick test, leave a few more minutes if you need to).
