Cornmeal CAKE WITH BRIGADEIRO CORN

MODO DE FAZER 
👉No liquidificador bata primeiro os ovos, o leite , o açúcar e o óleo depois acrescente a farinha de trigo e o fubá por último acrescente o fermento e bata pouco no modo pulsar para não perder o volume 
👉Unte com manteiga uma forma tipo Ballerine (que parece uma piscina no meio ) ou unte col desmoldante ( eu uso o Carbex)  coloque a massa e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus de 35 a 40 minutos 
👉PREPARO DA COBERTURA 
👉No liquidificador bata o milho com o leite , depois peneire bem e leve em fogo  baixo misturando o leite condensado e a manteiga mexendo bem até engrossar , deixe esfriar e depois do bolo pronto jogue por cima até preencher a superfície do formato do bolo 

WAY OF DOING
👉 In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, sugar and oil first, then add the wheat flour and cornmeal lastly, add the yeast and beat a little in pulsar mode so as not to lose volume
👉 Grease a Ballerine-like mold with butter (which looks like a pool in the middle) or unmolding glue (I use Carbex) place the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
👉 COVERAGE PREPARATION
👉 In the blender, beat the corn with the milk, then sift well and bring to a low boil, mixing the condensed milk and the butter, stirring well until it thickens, let it cool and after the cake is ready, throw it on top until it fills the surface of the cake shape.
