  • 250 ml of whole milk250 ml
  • 200 g caster sugar 1 cup200 g
  • 200 g of wheat flour 1 cup200 g
  • 150 g cornmeal150 g
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk and cornmeal, and beat for approximately 4 minutes.
  2. Then add the flour and baking powder, and beat everything until a homogeneous mass.
  3. Pour into an already greased and infarinhada shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
