- Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
- Start by greasing a medium baking pan with margarine and granulated sugar. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat until it doubles in volume and becomes a light cream.
- Add the flour, cornmeal, oil and milk and beat for about 4 minutes to homogenize well.
- Add the yeast and bake until golden (approximately 40 minutes).
