- In a bowl, place the dry ingredients minus the yeast and then add the eggs and milk with a spoon, mix well until creamy, add the yeast at this point, stir a little more and then take it to a greased shape. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until you poke the cake with a toothpick and it doesn't have any dough. And just remove from the oven, unmold and serve with hot coffee.
