- Wheat flour2 cup

- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the milk, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes. Add the cornmeal and beat for another 30 seconds, add the wheat flour and salt and beat for another 30 seconds. Put the yeast and mix with a spoon, pour the dough in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at a temperature of 180°C, after 40 min do the toothpick test. If the toothpick comes out clean, it's ready.
