- Oil150 ml
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal mimoso1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Hot milk1 cup
- In a bowl place the eggs and sugar, beat for 3 minutes with a spoon. Add the oil and mix. Put the sifted wheat flour and cornmeal, stir well until smooth. Put the yeast and mix. Add the hot milk, stirring well. Place in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
