Antes de iniciar a receita faça o buttermilk: misture o leite com o sumo do limão e reserve.

Before starting the recipe, make the buttermilk: mix the milk with the lemon juice and set aside.

Bata no liquidificador: ovos, óleo, açúcar, manteiga e o queijo

Beat in the blender: eggs, oil, sugar, butter and cheese

Acrescente o leite e farinha de trigo bate o suficiente para incorparar e coloque o fermento. 

Add the milk and wheat flour beat enough to embed and put the baking soda.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° por aprox 35 min.

Take to preheated oven at 180° for approx 35 min.
