Cornmeal cake

No liquidificador bata os ovos, o óleo, o leite e o açúcar até formar uma massa  homogênea.

In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and sugar until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Coloque a massa em uma tigela e junte a farinha de trigo e o fubá aos pouco . Mexa com auxílio de uma espátula 

Put the dough in a bowl and add the wheat flour and cornmeal little by little. Stir with the help of a spatula

Por último, acrescente o fermento em pó e misture.
Despeje a massa em uma forma com furo no meio untada com óleo.
Coloque para assar em forno médio preaquecido por 30 minutos ou até que a massa esteja cozida e dourada

Finally, add the baking powder and mix.
Pour the dough into a shape with a hole in the middle greased with oil.
Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the dough is cooked and golden.

Retire do forno, espere ficar morno e desenforme.
Sirva em seguida.

Remove from oven, wait until warm and unmold.
Serve immediately.
