  • Wheat1 cup
  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Cornmeal1/2 cup
  • coconut milk1 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, mix the liquid ingredients
  2. Pour into a bowl, and add the flour and sugar, little by little, stirring the dough.
  3. When the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and mix just enough to incorporate into the dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for half an hour or until golden, depending on the power of your oven.
  5. Tip: To check if the cake is baked, open the oven a little and poke the dough with a toothpick or knife. If it comes out clean, it's done! If it comes out with dough stuck, bake for a few more minutes 😋
