Cornmeal Biscuit Pie with Grape Mousse

  • Maizena Biscuit300 g
  • Butter150 g
  • Condensed Milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Tang Grape Juice1 unit(s)
  1. In a food processor or blender, crush the cookies.
  2. Transfer the crushed cookie to a bowl and add the butter, mixing until you press the dough and it forms a cookie.
  3. Transfer the dough to a round baking dish and spread it on the bottom and sides of the form at a height of 2.5 cm or so.
  4. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 to 20 min.
  5. For the small mousse, the blender and add the condensed milk, the cream, the juice, and mix well.
  6. After the dough is baked, wait for it to cool.
  7. Once the dough is cold, add the mousse and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. And then just taste.
