- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour1.25 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Corn flakes1/4 cup
- Hot milk300 ml
- Baking Powder1.5 tablespoon
- Fennel to taste
- Blend all ingredients except yeast and fennel in a blender.
- When the dough is ready, add the yeast and 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds. Mix with a fouet.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake at 200° for about 35 minutes.
