- Butter250 mg
- Corn starch600 mg
- Mix the first 3 ingredients (yolks, condensed milk and butter). Then add the corn starch. Mix just to incorporate (be careful not to form starch bubbles). Mix by hand, no mixer needed. Then form balls, place on a greased or parchment paper baking sheet and bake in a low oven for about 10 minutes. Ready! Your cookies are ready!
