- 🌽 First caramelize the mold with 5 tablespoons of sugar. Reserve. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes. With the help of a sieve, transfer to the reserved form. In a large pan put 1 finger of water, put the mold inside, cover and put it on LOW FIRE. Leave between 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooled, place in the fridge for 4 hours. Hope you like it 😊
