  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Cut the corn (on the cob) with the aid of a knife, separating the grain from the cob.
  2. Divide into parts and hit the blender along with the milk.
  3. Then pass through a sieve, sieving well.
  4. Only use the liquid that has been sieved.
  5. Place the liquid, sugar and margarine in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, if it gets too thick right away, add more milk.
  6. Keep stirring until it thickens, taste a little (carefully) to see if the sugar is to your liking, or if you need more, and wait for it to boil... The right point is when it is like a thick porridge.
  7. Turn off the heat and place it still hot on a glass platter or plates and, if desired, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
  8. Wait for it to cool down and serve.
  9. NOTE: The amount of milk may vary according to the quality of the corn, the harder the corn, the more milk it takes to get the right consistency.
