Corn cake with guava jelly

No liquidificador comece colocando os ovos e o açúcar e bata bem. Depois pode adicionar o restante dos ingredientes fora a goiabada e o fermento e bata por uns 5 min. Coloque a colher de fermento e bata no pulsar um pouco só para misturar

Coloque a massa em uma forma untada e corte pedaços pequenos e finos da goiabada, passe eles no trigo e vá distribuindo por cima da massa 

Asse no forno a 180° por volta de 45 minutos. Eu furo com o palitinho e vejo se saiu limpo.

In the blender start putting the eggs and sugar and beat well. Then you can add the rest of the ingredients apart from the guava paste and the yeast and beat for about 5 min. Put the yeast spoon and beat the pulse a little just to mix

Put the dough in a greased shape and cut small and thin pieces of the guava, pass them in the wheat and distribute over the dough.

Bake in the oven at 180° for around 45 minutes. I pierce it with a toothpick and see if it comes out clean.
